When is the RSVP deadline?

Please make sure to RSVP no later than September 1st.

Where should we stay?

Answer

There is only 1 hotel nearby that is just OK to stay at and that is the Best Western in Westminster. Outside of that we recommend looking in Owings Mills and Gettysburg which are about 30-40min away from the venue. Additionally you may have luck looking for smaller bed and breakfasts in Hanover, PA which is about 15-20 min away.

Can we bring kids?

Answer

Yes! All kids are welcome but please be prepared as this will be a completely outdoor venue. There will not be any high chairs or playpens so please pack accordingly.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The wedding venue is completely outdoors however there is a covered pavilion, a tent, and a small greenhouse.

Where should we park?

Answer

There will be signs and event staff present to show you where to park. Parking will be on grass only, please make sure to follow event staff direction and do not park outside of the designated area.

Is there any assistance getting to the ceremony location?

Answer

If you are worried about walking to the ceremony, there will be golf carts present to take you to the various sites on the venue as needed.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style and will include gluten free and vegetarian options. Please feel free to reach out if there are any dietary concerns.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you make sure to silence or turn off all cell phones during the ceremony. If you would like to take pictures or videos during the ceremony we ask that you remain seated and out of the aisles to stay out of the way of our photographer. We will have plenty of pictures available so we recommend to sit bat, relax and enjoy the ceremony.
