Rooms are $189 a night - Closest Hotel to wedding Venue Individual pay. Guest will call the hotel and reference the “George Wedding” to get the agreed upon rates Cut-Off Date Rooms will be held until May 21st 2021. Reservations must be made before then or else rooms will be released to public. Billing Instructions Individuals will pay for their own rooms. Cancellation Policy There will be a 48hr cancellation policy if a guest cannot attend. To avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room and tax, notice must be received by 6.16.21.
