In the summer of 2017, we said a simple hello to one another while celebrating our friend&cousins’ birthday over dinner. After that day, we followed each other on social media but never interacted with each other until January of 2018. George messaged me one day and that quickly turned into us staying up until 7am on Xbox. Soon we started to go on countless of dates in the month of January to February. At the time, we thought it was best to be friends— so we did just that. We still kept in contact, we still played games on xbox (occasionally), and we still shared a simple hello here and there. We stayed friends throughout the years,and throughout those years we met other people. Although our lives were going in two different paths, we still managed to keep a friendship. It wasn’t until 2019 when we laid eyes on each other, yet again. The moment we saw each other, we knew that there was something more between us. We celebrated our friend&cousins birthday yet again , and fell in love as we spent more time together as friends. However, it was still right person but wrong timing. We didn’t talk for a couple of months, but God revived our friendship back to life in 2020. We started reliving that 2018 year which consisted of us playing xbox, hanging out, and simply being good friends again. God had finally brought our two paths to meet, so that we can both walk on just one path. The rest is history.
