This is the hotel that is closest to the venue with our group discount rate. It is roughly 7 minutes from the venue in the heart of uptown. No highway access is needed for traveling to the venue. This hotel is a little farther out from the venue at roughly 15 minutes away. It is on the north side of Charlotte surrounded by restaurants, Northlake Mall, and easy access to HWY I77. The airport is 15-20 mins from the venue, and 20 minutes from the Home 2 Suites Hotel.

CLT Evening Traffic

While the JW Marriott and Hilton Home 2 Suites are our closest hotels only 8 minutes away, you are more than welcome to find accommodations across the city. Please keep in mind, that the wedding will be held on a Thursday evening during peak rush hour times. The wedding will start promptly at 5pm and we would hate to miss any of our guests due to traffic. If you choose to stay in any of the surrounding areas of the city aside from uptown, please prepare to leave 45minutes to an hour early in order to arrive on time.
