The Schrammsberg Estate 10242 Gold Flat Road, Nevada City CA 95959 Our wedding will take place in the meadow surrounded by trees adjacent to the big beautiful pond. The event space is all grass with no indoor components. There are ADA accessible portable outdoor bathrooms and wash station. We are hoping for a nice warm day, ideally in the 70's / 80's.

Whatever makes you feel the most radiant, beautiful, handsome and/or comfortable. *The weather is forecasted to be in the mid to high 90s, so we recommend you dress accordingly (big sun hats, coverups and parasols welcome!) We will have several options for shade during peak sun hours. Please note that the entire venue is a grassy meadow, so we recommend comfortable shoes that will not get stuck in the ground

A note about the cookout

We've chosen to have our reception first - midwestern cookout style! If you are able please plan to bring your favorite picnic-style blanket to enjoy our lunchtime party. Non-alcoholic beverages will be served. *We will have extra picnic blankets available, and there will be tables and chairs seats for anyone who prefers that option.

A Note About the Blessings

After the ceremony we will celebrate with our favorite dessert, and have some time to sit together to receive blessings (toasts) from our parents, siblings and wedding party. If you feel inspired to share a few words of affirmation we hope to have some time towards the end of the hour for an open mic style community moment. *Please no mean jokes at our expense, roasting etc.*

Who are George and Schoell you ask?
Answer
George and Schoell is the name of our detective agency run by us, George (Jaden) and Schoell (Emma). Although we have been encouraged to take this sweet joke to the next level and make it a real business, we are most content solving personal cases (like the time George got a full refund and replacement pair of Schoell's favorite shoes after they started falling apart prematurely) and loving each other in this playful way with no strings attached. We do wonder though, if our future children will want to join the family "business" and what their detective names might be ;)
