Southwest has direct flights from Houston Hobby to Cancun. A note about the Cancun airport. Upon exit there are many travel agencies, time share agencies in the airport that will ask you for your time or sometime even pretend to with an airline. Our advice is to politely ignore all and walk straight through the airport to pickup. Although there are many ways to arrive at hotel we were very pleased with the hotel pickup service which charges a flat round trip rate of $80.00 USD for up to 6 passenger and will have a sign with your name on it at the airport waiting for you to arrive. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport
