Question
What airport should we fly into?
Answer
To accommodate our guests, we picked a venue that is within twenty minutes of both Tampa International Airport (TPA) and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE). The next closest airport would be Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), which is about an hour to an hour and a half away.

Is there parking onsite for the venue?
Answer
Yes. Parking will be located just before you pull into the venue - it is an open field/dirt field, about the size of a CVS parking lot, for reference. There is a paved path from the lot to the venue grounds, which takes about 3 minutes to walk from.

Can I Uber, Lyft or rideshare to & from my hotel?
Answer
Yes you can! We encourage our guests to take advantage of this option and avoid drinking and driving. The address to type in for the venue is: "9612 Crescent Dr Odessa, FL 33556"

What is the dress code? Do you want me to avoid any colors?
Answer
Tropical Fancy - if we had to put a name on it! You are also welcome to dress very traditionally, if you are comfortable with that too. More specifically... Men: please wear dress pants and no shorts. A button up short or long sleeve shirt - feel free to indulge in bright colors, fun patterns, or a tropical flair! A trip to Florida is a trip to Florida! Women: please avoid terracotta/burnt orange tone dresses, and white dresses (including white dresses with patterns). Any length dress is perfect - again, feel free to indulge in bright colors, fun patterns, and tropical flair. If you are still conflicted, feel free to text Rachel!

Will there be an open bar?

Of course! ****Just a reminder, DO NOT bring your own alcohol. If there is something you want to drink there, tell George and Rachel and they will do their best to provide it. IF ADDITIONAL ALCOHOL IS FOUND OUTSIDE OF THE BAR AREA, SEPARATE FROM WHAT IS PROVIDED AT THE BAR, THE VENUE HOLDS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE WEDDING, DAY OF. Please do not BYOB!

Due to local noise ordinances, all loudness must conclude at strictly 10:00pm.

Is the wedding outdoors? What is the weather like down there?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors - or indoors, depending on chance of rain. Our reception is indoors, with access to communal outdoor spaces (firepit, outdoor seating, etc). In 2025, the weather in the area had a high of ___ degrees and a low of ___ degrees. (Rain/humidity/etc).
