Please RSVP by April 1st.
Black tie attire is requested. If you would like to wear something different for the ceremony that is formal and church appropriate and then change into black tie attire for the reception that is great as well. Men, please wear a tuxedo. Ladies, please wear a floor length gown and refrain from wearing white, black, or gold/champagne as that is reserved for the bridal party and family.
Please intend to arrive 30 minutes early (at 12:30 PM) to allow yourself time to find parking, if needed, and your seat.
For our non-Catholic friends and family, Catholic wedding ceremonies are traditionally held earlier in the day due the scheduled Saturday evening mass. Therefore, our ceremony is at 1:00 PM with approximately a 4 hour break until the start of the reception.
We put together a list of nearby activities, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars if you would like to explore Nashville during this downtime. We are also offering free tickets to the Country Music Hall of Fame during this time if you would like to explore the museum before moving to the event hall for the reception. You can also feel free to go home or back to your hotel room and relax before the party starts at the reception.
For the ceremony, there is limited nearby parking lots for the church. I recommend giving yourself enough time (arrive by 12:30 PM) to find a parking spot if you drive to the ceremony. For the reception, I recommend Uber/Lyft or walking from nearby hotels, but there are plenty of downtown parking garages and valet services.
We will have a shuttle to transport to and from the ceremony from the Omni Hotel/Country Music Hall of Fame. Please RSVP if you would like to utilize this shuttle so we can plan accordingly.
The ceremony and reception will be inside with the cocktail hour being partially outside.
Yes, there will be an open bar including beer, wine, and spirits.
As much as we would love to include everyone, we are trying to prioritize the friends and family that know the bride and groom. Please only bring a guest if one is indicated on your invitation.
While we love kids, this will be an adult-only event unless your invitation includes your children as well.
