All guests should anticipate transporting themselves to/from the ceremony. For the reception, the shuttle schedule is as follows. The hotel and the reception venue are approximately 15 minutes apart. Each shuttle holds 56 guests. Shuttle to the Reception: - Shuttle 1 at 5 PM EST - Shuttle 2 at 5:30 PM EST - Shuttle 3 at 6 PM EST *** Shuttle 3 is an overflow shuttle, guests are strongly encouraged to take one of the first two shuttles, as cocktail hour concludes at 6:30 PM and dinner will be served*** Return Shuttle to Hotel: - 9 PM EST - 9:30 PM EST - 10:15 PM EST - 10:55 PM EST
