George and Kate met in May of 2016 at work, George was the new IT guy and Kate was a group home manager. There was an instant connection and they started talking non-stop. The first date was on 06/04/2016. George and Kate bonded over their interests in shows, movies and music. The first date lasted 12 plus hours.
The bought their first house (a fixer-upper) in 2020, right as the world quarantined for COVID-19. They had their daughter, Eleanor Bischel, on 05/14/2021. George asked Kate to marry him on 12/09/2023, while getting the family Christmas tree. They are excited to start this new chapter together, even if they did it on their own timeline.
