Question

Is the reception at a different location?

Answer

No. The ceremony and reception will both take place at the Burlap and Bells location. There will be a tractor wagon to transport guests to and from the ceremony site on the property.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle picking up guests from Comfort Inn & Suites as well as Days Inn. If you are staying somewhere else, you are welcome to park and take the shuttle from those sites.

Is there parking on site at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking available. We recomend that if you are planning to consume alcohol, please plan to take the shuttle provided or arrange a ride to and from the venue. Alternatively you can leave your car there overnight but it must be picked up by 9 AM Sunday morning.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal or dressy-casual. We want everyone to look nice, but more importantly, we want you to feel good! Keep in mind that the venue is mostly outdoors, so prepare for slightly cooler conditions into the night and try to avoid shoes with pointy heels as you may be walking in grass.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love all kids, we are limiting the guest list to teenagers and up unless specifically communicated on an individual basis. Babies are also welcome if you feel more comfortable having them with you. If you need assistance finding childcare, please reach out to us and we can work out a solution!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If we designated a plus one, you will see an option to include them on your RSVP. If you do not see that option, please just bring yourself.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will have light snacks available during cocktail hour. There will be a taco bar for dinner including your choice of flour or corn tortillas, various toppings, Mexican rice, and the following protein options: - Chicken - Chopped Steak - Marinated Pork We will also be ordering pizza for a late night snack! If you have specific food allergies or dietary restrictions which require an alternative option, please include this information in your RSVP and we will make sure to provide an option that accommodates your needs.
