The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
Yes, parking is available outside the Red Tail Lodge. If guests are staying at the Appalachian, parking will be available at the hotel next door.
Our ceremony is going to be at the top of the mountain (weather permitting), which requires taking the gondola. The first ride begins at 4:15pm and the last ride ends at 4:45pm. *Flip flops will be available for those wearing heels.
