George and Dana first met in the summer of 2016 at a local Sacramento bar where they bonded over their love for Harry Potter. However, it wasn’t until months later when they matched on Bumble that their love story really began. They had their first date, eating pizza and watching Princess Diaries and they had an immediate connection. During the first few months it was not hard for them to find things in common like their love of family, competition and Taylor Swift. During the next couple of years, George and Dana spent time getting to know each other. George learned about Dana’s obsession with Disneyland, and they took their first trip there together. Then their second…then their third… Fast forward 5 years (yikes) to June of 2020, they bought their first home in Fair Oaks, CA. In January of 2022 they brought home their best friend, Cheddar. Although Dana was uncertain of having a dog, Cheddar won her over with her sassy and loving personality. The three of them are now inseparable. George and Dana love going on walks with Cheddar, playing the penny slots at the casino and yelling at the TV while watching the Amazing Race. Ask them what they love about each other, and you’ll get the real deal. Dana loves that George values hard work and always makes her laugh. George loves Dana’s glass half full attitude and her free spirit. They have discovered that life is always better when they are together, and they can’t wait to keep laughing into their old age.
