Will there be a shuttle?
Answer
Yes. Specifics are still being figured out but as of now, we have shuttle services for the wedding day (may have for rehearsal dinner as well). Two shuttles will be visiting hotels along Route 120: Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Lebanon Days Inn by Wyndham Lebanon/Hanover Element Hanover - Lebanon Courtyard by Marriott Hanover Lebanon Residence Inn by Marriott Hanover Lebanon Hanover Inn Dartmouth Six South St. Hanover

What should I wear?
Answer
You can wear whatever you would like. However, stiletto heels are not recommended because the ceremony will take place in a field, and the reception will be outside on the grass, weather permitting. Rehearsal Dinner: Informal Wedding Ceremony / Reception: Semi- formal Brunch: Casual

Am I allowed to take pictures and record video?
Answer
Yes!! And we strongly encourage it!! Please use the hashtag #GeorgeAndCharlotteFest so that we can find your pictures and videos with ease :) We will be providing a phone charging station with many different kinds of cords in the reception tent.

Do we have any hotel blocks reserved?
Answer
**As of July 17th - These Hotel Blocks have now been released and regular fees apply** Yes! All hotel blocks are under "Herbert Wedding" and are being held until July 17th. The list of hotels and rooms available are listed below: 10 rooms at The Courtyard by Marriott Hanover - Lebanon for Friday night and Saturday night (8/17 & 8/18) 10 rooms at The Element by Westin Hanover - Lebanon also for both nights 10 rooms at The Residence Inn by Marriott Hanover - Lebanon also for both nights All of these are under a special group rate of $159/night 10 Rooms at the Hanover Inn for both nights. The group rate is $239/night for the classic rooms.
