Question

What is the Dress Code/Theme?

Answer

We encourage guests to wear their best FORMAL attire. Please no jeans, denim, casual wear and avoid shades of white. Fall colors are desired if you'd like to match the wedding colors.(Refer to Misc. section on the website) Both ceremony and reception will take place indoors.(Cocktail hour will be held outdoors. *Weather permitting) We expect the weather to be hot so plan accordingly!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP July 31, 2025. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume that you are unable to attend. If you have issues with RSVPing, please let us know!

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If a guest cannot make it to the wedding or need to replace a guest name, please let us know right away. Please do not invite additional guests without our notice, especially on the day of. This event is by invitation only. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

Are children allowed?

Answer

As much as we love to have your little ones celebrate with us, we have a limited space for both adults and children. Therefore, we included the specific amount of guests formally invited in your invitations. Feel free to spend this time as a date night!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We understand that life happens! You will be dearly missed on our special day! If you cannot make it to the wedding ceremony or reception, please RSVP "not attending." If you cannot make it after you have RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make changes.

What time do I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony location at 12:30PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time(1PM) to allow time for parking and finding a seat. We are expecting a lot of guests so please plan accordingly! Guests who arrive late during the ceremony may need to wait in the atrium until the ceremony has concluded. For the reception, cocktail hour begins at 3:30PM Please arrive before 5PM to enjoy drinks, appetizers and photo opportunities before the bridal party entrance and dinner.

Where is my invitation?

Answer

Due to the number of guests and our choice to go paperless, your formal invite was either sent by mail or digitally through the Zola website(please check text messages or E-mail).

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

You are more than welcome to take as many photos and videos during the ceremony but because the ceremony will be held in a church, phones must be on silent. We ask to not reach over the church pews and block the center aisle during the ceremony in respect to the church and professional photographers/videographers. Where do I park?

Answer

Refer to wedding invitation for location details. The ceremony and the reception venue have parking spots available on site. Parking on the street is at your own risk as we or the venues are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.

Will there be a time gap between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, we expect to have an hour to an hour and a half time gap between the ceremony and reception. Please plan accordingly as cocktail hour(begins approximately 3:30pm) will last before dinner is served(5pm).

Is there assigned seating at the reception?

Answer

You will be assigned a table number in correspondence to your name at the reception. There will be a seating chart available at the reception site. There is no specific seating arrangement.

Will there be alcohol served during the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be having an open bar during the reception. Please drink responsibly and know your alcohol limits. (We will have on-site security.)

What if I have a dietary restriction/food allergy?

Answer

Please let us know if you have a certain food allergy or dietary restriction!

*Important information to keep in mind...

Answer

Please refrain from bringing your own alcohol, we will have enough drinks(alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for everyone to enjoy! If you plan to gift any alcohol, please give it to the bartender at the bar or personally hand it to George or Charlah. Please no smoking on/around the church or reception property. Thank you!
