Our dress code is "Black Tie Optional". Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns or formal evening attire. Gentlemen may choose to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie.

How will parking work?

Answer

For your convenience, complimentary valet parking will be offered for the first 50 guests to arrive. Parking can also be found in nearby lots. Option 1: 📍 Right near Main St & Swan St 🚶‍♀️ ~1–2 minute walk to The Admiral Room Option 2: 📍 Along Ellicott St (multiple small lots) 🚶‍♀️ ~3–5 minute walk

Are there hotel blocks?

Yes! A room block is available at the Embassy Suites. For booking assistance, please reach out to Calista.

Will there be transportation provided from the reception back to the hotel?

Answer

For your convenience, complimentary shuttles will be provided between Embassy Suites and The Admiral Room. Three shuttle departures will be available throughout the evening to ensure guests can travel comfortably and safely.
