We first met in high school back in August 2014. George was a senior, and Jessica was a junior. Introduced through mutual friends, we had a brief conversation and exchanged Instagrams. After that day, we didn’t speak again for four years. Fast forward to August 2018, exactly four years later, we reconnected through mutual friends once more. We discovered that we both shared a deep faith in Christ and were single, so George shot his shot when he took a chance to message Jessica on Instagram. We started texting, and while George remembered our first encounter, Jessica only had a faint memory of it. As we got to know each other again, our connection grew deeper, and our love blossomed. Our shared faith and values created a strong foundation for our relationship. We spent countless hours talking about our dreams, aspirations, and how we envisioned our future together. Every moment felt like a blessing, and we knew we had found something special in each other. We both felt it was important to honor God’s will and decided to wait for marriage. On February 17, 2023, George proposed to Jessica in a private setting. That moment will always hold a special place in our hearts. Now, we are engaged and eagerly awaiting our marriage celebration in September 2024. We can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together and build a future filled with love, faith, and happiness.
