No! You're welcome to book accommodations at any hotel, Airbnb, or Vrbo that suits you. While our venue is located in Apache Junction (east of Phoenix, near the Superstition Mountains), our shuttle will pick up and drop off guests in Old Town Scottsdale. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions—we’re happy to help!
Yes, but if you plan to enjoy the open bar, we strongly recommend using the shuttle bus or arranging a ride. Important: Please use Google Maps for directions — Apple Maps may take you to the wrong location. If you do choose to drive, your vehicle must be picked up by 9:00 AM the next morning to avoid being towed. Keep in mind that our venue is located near the desert, so it can be quite dark and tricky to navigate at night. Please consider alternate transportation.
Yes! A shuttle bus will be available to take guests to and from the venue. It will depart from Old Town Scottsdale at 2:15 PM on Saturday, so please arrive a few minutes early.
