How can I RSVP?

Answer

Look for a paper invitation in the mail! Our digital RSVP system is up and running on the RSVP tab. Please let us know by June 30th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive with time in advance to be seated for the 4:30pm ceremony. Parking is available in the hotel lot connected to the courtyard of our event.

Will there be dancing at the reception?

Answer

Yep! We are excited to host a live local band performance.

Is there anything I should not bring to the wedding?

Answer

Please do not have these in the ceremony/reception spaces: -Celebratory throwables of any kind including confetti -Smoking of any kind -Babies of any kind -Complaints

Do I need to select a specific meal option?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style. There is a way to request dietary accommodations in the official digital RSVP system.

Special Note for Reception Bar

Answer

We chose this venue for a reason! Enjoy all libations on us! Please note that Kennedy School Hotel McMenamins does not allow outside alcohol to the event spaces, and that they reserve the right to check for a 21+ ID at the bar. All drink purchases and all gratuity will already be taken care of, so enjoy yourself.
