What's the weather like in October?

Answer

The weather is cool, so definitely bring a sweater! This is a beautiful time of year in the mountains with the seasons changing, but can be cold for those Southerners who are used to much warmer temperatures!

What's the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

You are welcome to drive and park at the venue! For all our guests who plan to partake in the open bar, we are arranging transportation from downtown Highlands. There will be 3 pick-up locations - at Wright Square, at the Ugly Dog Pub, and the Wells Hotel. These are all around downtown, so should hopefully be easily accessible from wherever you are staying. Transportation starts running at 3:30, and will be cycling through all the stops every 15 minutes until 4:20. After the wedding, transportation will take everyone back to the same spots downtown until 11 PM. Remember, there are no Ubers or Lyfts here!

We encourage anyone who is planning to attend the wedding to please, please, PLEASE get vaccinated. Not just to protect yourself, but to also protect the people and children who cannot get vaccinated themselves. Both of us are vaccinated #teamPfizer, and we want to safely celebrate with all of you! We are not enforcing universal masks at the wedding, but if you are not vaccinated, we would kindly ask that you wear a mask.

Attire for the wedding is cocktail! It may be a little chilly, especially as it gets dark out, so keep that in mind.
