Carey-Royall Wedding Shuttle

We have a motor coach that can transport 56 ppl to and from Treleaven Winery for the wedding ceremony and reception. The coach will be departing from the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Ithaca at 3:00pm to take guests to the venue. When the reception finishes at 10:00 pm, the coach will take guests back to Ithaca to drop off at the Hilton Garden Inn again. We have made these accommodations based on the responses we have received directly from our family and friends. This is a large motor coach with a lavatory and WiFi. The travel time between downtown Ithaca and Treleaven Winery is approximately 35-45 minutes, mainly through farmland. If you have any travel questions, please contact Jess or Geof privately.

Special Hotel Rates
We have set up a Wedding hotel booking page with specially negotiated group rates that our guests can use without setting up a group hotel block. These rates are special group rates that are typically very large discounts that are not available to the general public. The rates above can fluctuate and sell out at any time, so our guests should book sooner than later.
