Travel Note
Venue Parking
Please arrive 30 minutes early to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. Parking is provided at the venue at no cost, and the venue allows for overnight parking until Sunday, April 27th at 10AM. Please do not be late to pick up your vehicle, as we cannot guarantee the gates will be open past the allotted time. Ride-share companies like Uber and Lyft service this area, and we recommend anyone who consumes alcoholic beverages to take advantage of this. We encourage those driving the night of the wedding to drink in moderation and use a designated driver as needed.
Flight
San Diego International Airport (SAN)
San Diego International Airport is the closet airport to our venue in Valley Center, and is about an hour away. We recommend those who fly in to either rent a vehicle, or arrange transportation as needed, as there is no reliable public transportation from San Diego to Valley Center. Uber and Lyft are reliable options, but can be costly if using to get around frequently.

General San Diego Lodging Information
Due to the uncertainty of our total guest count due to travel, and the preferences of accommodations of our guests we have not booked a hotel block, but have linked a couple of great hotels/resorts within 15-20 minutes of our venue. For those looking to maximize their trip to San Diego / Southern California, and want more central accommodations, we recommend booking a Hotel/Airbnb in the following locations: Hotel Circle/Mission Valley (45 minutes to venue) - there are many great hotel options in Mission Valley, and it is central to everything San Diego has to offer. A quick 15 minute drive can get you to downtown, the beaches, the zoo, etc. Gaslamp Quarter / Downtown San Diego (1 hour to venue) - located about 10 minutes from the airport, the Gaslamp District has a ton of restaurants, and various shops to visit within walking distance. You can also catch a Padres game at Petco Park on Friday the 25th, or Sunday the 27th! La Jolla (50 minutes ) - a great beach town with shops, restaurants, and nature for a classic San Diego experience. About a 20-25 minute drive from other great areas of San Diego. Temecula (35 minutes) - known for it's many famous wineries, Temecula is a great place to spend a day before you head home. Just keep in mind Temecula is over an hour drive to San Diego.

Harrah’s Southern California is a short 15 minute drive from the venue, we recommend this hotel/resort if you are looking for one of the closest accommodations with additional amenities to maximize your visit.

Similar to Harrah’s Resort, Pala Resort is less than a 20 minute drive from our venue, and has a lot to offer outside of a normal hotel experience, and is also close to Temecula for those interested in doing wine tasting.
