What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 5pm & the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm. The earlier you get there...the better your seat!

What is the dress code?

Answer

If you know Geoffrey, you know he loves to dress up! The dress code is formal attire. For men, tuxedos are encouraged, as well as dark-suits. For women, evening gowns, dressy pantsuits, perhaps your family jewels?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Hampshire House is truly our dream venue, perfectly historic and central to the heartbeat of Boston; however, it comes with the classic city challenge of strict capacity limits (which to the dismay of the BFD we are hitting.) Guests invited will be named on invites & within the RSVP section. If you have questions, please reach out to Grace & Geoffrey.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our preferred hotel site - The Newbury Hotel - is a 5 min walk from the venue (shorter if you cut through the gardens!) Uber/Lyft, taxis, and public transit are plentiful in Boston if you choose to stay at a different location. If you need help coordinating or understanding the city, please reach out to Grace & Geoffrey so they can show off their transit skills.

Is Hampshire House handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The building is equipped with an elevator. Please reach out ahead of time if you anticipate needing assistance - we have people on hand to support!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony & reception are both indoors (stiletto o'clock!)
