Close but yet so far. Unexpectedly living in the same area, these Bronx lovebirds never expected to find love at their home train station. It was a warm summer morning on June 29th 2017, when Geovanna and Joel finally crossed paths at the Parkchester 6 Train Station within the Bronx. Just before the turnstiles, their eyes met and corny electricity was in the air. Both being too shy to approach the other, the rode in the same train car, only to give each other playful stares and smiles. Unfortunately, neither one had the cojones to make a move and they each went their own way. Obsession set in throughout the day and it was their mission to hopefully see one another again at the same train station, at the same time, in the same train car. As luck would have it, Geovanna was late as always. Leaving Joel to wait at the train station. After giving up hope, he boarded the 3rd train to arrive with sadness in his eyes. He arrived at the 125th train station, stepped off to transfer over to the express train. As he waited, the 4th train from Parkchester arrived with Geovanna aboard. Playing hard to get, Geovanna stood just close enough, forcing Joel to either make a move or let her slip away forever. "Hey, what's up" is all it took to spark the inevitable connection and begin the journey towards their life together.
