Our Story

Our story began over four years ago on Christmas day. We spoke on the phone for hours and one of the many things we learned about each other was that we both shared a love for nature. Our first weekend spent together, we embarked on a hike. It was on that hike that we met a mysterious old man whose kindness was immeasurable. He walked alongside us and told us stories about his life and family and listened to ours with compassionate interest. He then told us about a 300-year-old stone church located down the road and insisted that we go see it. He wished us well and as he walked away, he seemed to have vanished into thin air. We were taken aback by his presence, so we immediately rushed towards the stone church. Once inside, we were overcome by its atavistic and entrancing charm. It was magical. The most incredible thing however was when we later surprisingly expressed to one another that we both had imagined being married there. Ever since that moment, our love has blossomed into a rose... stronger, more fragrant, and vibrant than any we have ever known. We have shared so many wonderful moments together and have learned that our love has grown into one that remains unwavering and deeply rooted within the core of our hearts. So, we now take this love into the next chapter of our lives by celebrating our union. A vow of commitment that will be as eternal as the stardust that will leave our bodies when we grow old together and breathe our last breaths.
