Where can I park?

Answer

There is on street parking, a parking lot behind the venue, a parking lot by the liquor store, and parking at the rental center.

Will a meal be served?

Answer

We are still working out the details. Some sort of food will be served though.

Will there be something for my kid(s) to do?

Answer

I hope so! We will have a DJ, kid friendly snacks and beverages, coloring, and other activities for kids.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! Kevin and I are having an open bar. We do ask that you drink responsibly and have a sober cab otherwise the hotel is about a mile and a half down the road. ❤️

Is there indoor bathrooms?

Answer

Yes. two single bathrooms, one with a changing table.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes. The Depot in New Prauge is where both will take place. there will be cocktail hour, only a slight break between the ceremony and reception to allow the newlyweds some time to take it all in.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations, unless it was specifically mentioned to you, please do not bring a plus one. We want a smaller celebration with people we know and love.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We would love any contribution to our newlywed fund, adventure books (on our registry here) or new pots and pans.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It would be best to arrive between 3pm and 3:20pm. Ceremony is planned to start right at 3:30. We kindly ask if you are late, to please wait for the reception unless our ushers are still outside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely!! We can not promise but we will try very hard to accommodate allergies if we are given proper notice.

What is the attire?

Answer

Our theme is rustic/glam. Jeans are welcome but we would prefer no holes and a nice shirt. Please no graphic tees. we would prefer you wear semi dressy. (women in dresses, jumpsuits, skirts,ECT and men in nice jeans/kahkis and a nice dress shirt). Our colors are blush, dusty rose and sage green... please refrain from wearing these colors.❤️

What should I do if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

Please refrain from entering the ceremony if you are late. You're welcome to join us again for the reception though.

I got invited but not sure if I can bring my children.

Answer

If you’re children were invited, it will specifically say “and kids” or your children’s names on the invitation. We love kids and would love to see all of them, but we have space limitations and had to make some tough choices on inviting them.
