What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! We are requesting black-tie optional for our wedding.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have a strict guest list due to budget and venue capacity, so we can only accommodate those formally listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Shuttle will be leaving SpringHill Suites Valley Forge/KOP at 3:45 pm for the venue/ceremony. At the conclusion of the reception at 10:30 pm, the shuttle will transport guests back to the hotel.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are asking our guests to arrive about 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time of 4:30 p.m.

What type of food and drink will be served?

Answer

Cocktail hour will consist of passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a plated, sit-down dinner. There will be cake and assorted desserts and, of course, and open bar!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Please be sure to include any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP so we can address them with our venue.
