What should I wear?

Answer

Outdoor Formal — Imagine a funky and fun garden party! Long dresses, suits, and your best end of summer style. The ceremony will be outdoors, so pick shoes that can handle a little grass.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Who doesn't! Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on the designated part of your RSVP and we will make sure to accommodate them.

Do you have a room block at a specific hotel?

Answer

Yes! You can find more details on the "Lodging" tab of this site. We have a hotel block at Villa Roma Resort, with rooms available upon request, and there are also a few hotels and Airbnbs in the area. Be sure to check below for details on shuttle service.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the venue and hotels?

Answer

Yes! If you’d like to use the shuttle, just let us know on your RSVP. Heads up: the shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at Villa Roma only (as mentioned above). If you’re staying somewhere else, you’ll need to handle your own transportation to and from the venue or shuttle pick-up spot. The shuttle will depart from the Villa Roma on Saturday, September 26th at 2:45 PM and 3:30 PM to ensure everyone will arrive by the ceremony start at 4:30 PM. The shuttle will depart from the Arnold House starting at 10 PM and will leave every hour after this from the after party at the tavern until 2 AM.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is limited parking at the venue. We encourage everyone to use the shuttle!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Everyone should plan on arriving prior to the 4:30 PM ceremony start time.

What time will the reception end? Is there any after-party?

Answer

The reception will conclude around 10PM. The after party will go from 10 PM until 2 AMish.

Can I take pictures with my phone or camera during the wedding?

Answer

We’d love for guests to stay as unplugged as possible during our wedding, and request that no phones be used during the ceremony. We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family, and it would mean a lot to have everyone fully present with us. We’ll have an amazing photographer capturing all the special moments, so you can relax, be in the moment, and enjoy the day!
