Where is the venue?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at the bride’s family home, located at 684706 Highway 2 West Woodstock On N4S 7V7. Please note that the event will take place outdoors in the backyard, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and comfort.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, but guests are welcome to arrive starting at 4:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to settle in and enjoy some pre-ceremony moments before we begin.

3:30 PM & 4:00 PM: Shuttle service departs from Home2 Suites Hilton in Woodstock to venue 4:00 PM: Guests begin to arrive 4:30 PM: Ceremony begins 5:00-6:30 PM: Cocktail hour 7:00 PM: Dinner 11:00 PM: First shuttle departs for hotel Home2 Suites Hilton 1:00 AM: Final shuttle departs for hotel Home2 Suites Hilton

What should I wear?
Answer
We encourage our guests to embrace the theme of the day by dressing in shades of pink, orange, and other sunset-like colours. Whether it's soft pastels or vibrant hues, we’d love to see everyone bring these warm, beautiful tones to life. Garden attire is encouraged—think bright sundresses, floral prints, and suits in light and bold colours. Florals are welcome, and fun hats or fascinators are a great way to complete your look. Feel free to get creative and have fun with it!

Will there be parking available?
Answer
Parking at the venue is extremely limited and not available due to our location on a busy road. We kindly ask that all guests take the shuttle from our designated hotel block location or arrange for a ride to the shuttle. Taxis and some Uber services are available in Woodstock, but we recommend using the shuttle for the smoothest and safest arrival. Thank you for your cooperation!

What kind of food will be served at the wedding?
Answer

Can I bring a plus one?

This is a 21+ event, and due to limited space, only guests whose invitations specifically include a plus one are able to bring a guest. We kindly ask that no children attend. Thank you for your understanding

What happens if I can't attend?
Answer
If you’re unable to attend, we completely understand! Please let us know as soon as possible by June 28, so we can update our guest list. Your presence is truly appreciated, and we hope to celebrate with you in spirit!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
Our caterers are wonderful and very accommodating when it comes to dietary needs. Please let us know about any food allergies or restrictions when completing your RSVP, and we’ll make sure to provide suitable options for you. Your comfort and safety are important to us!

This is a 21+ event, and we kindly ask that no children attend. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

What if I need special accommodations (mobility, etc.)?
Answer
We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and included! For those with mobility concerns, we will have golf carts available to transport guests from the drop-off area to the ceremony. Please let us know in advance if you need any additional assistance, and we will ensure everything is taken care of.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The entire event will be outdoors, and as it will be in August, we expect warm weather. However, we do have a tent set up for the reception to provide some shade and shelter if needed. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP directly on this website by June 14. Simply follow the RSVP link and fill out the form to let us know if you’ll be attending. Please note that if we do not receive your RSVP by June 28, we will assume you are unable to attend. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
