I'm concerned about Covid. Do you have any safety precautions planned?

Answer

We take Covid protocols and safety very seriously and will continue to monitor the Covid mandate for California over the next few months leading up to our wedding. Since we have so many loved ones who are invited, we are asking all our guests to Covid test 24 hours before our wedding. At home tests are fine. Closer to the date, we will send a reminder to guests, asking everyone to email their negative test results. We will have masks and hand sanitizer available to guests at the wedding. All our vendors who will be present at the wedding will be masked and or tested prior to the event. Cocktail Hour is outdoors and our venue has proper ventilation / space for distancing. Our main goal is to make sure everyone is safe, comfortable and stress free during our special day.

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only event. We respectfully ask that no children be in attendance.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking at The Brick in the Liberty Station Plaza parking lots. If you are driving please make sure you give yourself time to park as Liberty Station is busy / parking may be limited during the Holiday weekend. Uber / Lyft is recommended.

Will there be shuttles to take us to the venue?

Answer

There will not be shuttles to the venue. As mentioned, parking may take a minute to find as the lot is busy during the weekend. Uber & Lyft is recommended. There WILL be a shuttle service after the party starting at 10:45p. Shuttle will do rounders from The Brick to the Marriott & Homewood Suites only.

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

Following cocktail hour, there will be a renewal of vows. We will not have a formal ceremony.

What attire should guests wear?

Answer

The event is business casual/formal. We want everyone to dance the night away so make sure to wear comfortable footwear. Cocktail hour is on a grass lawn so stilettos may not be a great choice.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style. We will have vegetarian appetizer & dinner options as well. *Please let us know if you have any food allergies.*
