We met doing something we both love...working out!!! It was a Sunday at the beach and we were participating in the infamous Herbalife Sunday beach boot camp. He though I was cute and asked one of my best friends if she'd bring me out to celebrate New Years & his birthday. She didn't end up coming out with us that night (the set-up), but I went out and it ended up being one of my favorite nights ever! We were in VIP, with bottle service, with a popular LA Rapper at one of the most happening clubs in Hollywood at the time. We danced, we sung and rapped songs at the top of our lungs, and had an overall great night! Before the club ended, everyone in VIP left and went back to the studio of THE Ty Dolla Sign! We sat in the studio talking for hours while listening to Ty produce some number 1 hits. Claude and I went on a few more dates and the connection was undeniable. We've been inseparable ever since.

We were planning a birthday trip for Claude as we do every year for the past few years. We chose to go to Cabo Mexico and one of our friends who was accompanying us on this trip wanted to do a special dinner for his wife when we arrived before we started the birthday celebration because they haven't done anything in a while. He asked me if I could give him some ideas on how to make it special, and I'm thinking "ok, cool! I love surprises!". I tell him he should put some roses on the beach and bring some champagne to it's Instagramable, because you know us ladies love Instgram. We were walking down to the beach where the special dinner is suppose to take place and in the distance you can see some red and blue flickering lights. It was right next to the ocean and there was a beautiful view of the city lights in Cabo. As we get closer, Lisa (who the surprise was for) asked me to take a selfie in the middle of the heart shaped red lights and I said "Sure!" (because who am I to mess up this moment that WE had planned lol). I walk into the heart and began to turn around to get my pose situated and there Claude is, in the circle with me! It's at this moment, I realize the actually surprise that I helped add a little flavor to ( or so I thought lol) was for me!! He gets down on one knee and says "There's only one thing I want for my birthday...Will You Married Me!!!" (insert happy cry emoji) It was MAGICAL!!!
