Travel
If you are travelling to CT, please make note of the travel restrictions and penalties before you come, and check to see if your state is on restricted list. If you choose to get a viral test less than 72 hours before arriving in CT, you will be all set to enter the state. If not, you will have to fill out an online health form with contact information and it's possible there will be random checks at the airport. Driving shouldn't be as much of an issue.
