Are kids allowed?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend. If you need help coordinating a babysitter, please reach out directly.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” yes; if not, we would prefer it if it was just you.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Please, RSVP by March 31, 2022 via the website. If you have any technical issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

We are blessed to share a wonderful home together that is ready for our next chapter of marriage. If you still would like to gift us, please consider contributing to our honeymoon fund linked in the section "registry" on the website.

What health and safety measures will you be taking in preparation of the wedding, in addition to the day of?

Answer

With the continuous rise and fall of COVID19 variant outbreaks, we ask all guest to monitor their health and if you feel ill and/or suffer with a fever, respectfully, on behalf of the safety of us and loved ones, please do not attend. Alternative options for your presence can be made through facetime, zoom and other forms of technology. Please consider updating your COVID19 booster vaccines in a timely manner to the wedding. Venue 1902 is a spacious venue space with plenty of options for guest to engage both inside and outside, if social distancing is preferred. Sanitation and cleansing is a serious priority of both ours and staff, and therefore, taken seriously throughout the day.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, we do! Book our block at the Lake Mary Marriot via the link under the "travel" section of the website. If you’re looking for alternative accommodations, we also encourage guests to consider AirBNB to support local families and businesses in the Sanford area.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

YES! Please be sure to tag us so we can continue to enjoy the photos even after the big day.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Venue 1902 will have valet parking with the start of the ceremony; however there are plenty of options for street parking throughout the residential streets surrounding the venue.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We have collaborated with our caterer to offer signature cocktails, as well as Cooper selected wines and beer to enjoy in celebration. Tip jars will be out if you'd like to show further appreciation to the bartenders and staff.

I have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. How do I let you know?
