Only Sunday evening rooms are currently available at the discounted rate. Once those rooms are full we are not able to add more. Rooms at prevailing rates are still available, but the hotel is expected to sell out shortly. A shuttle will be provided to and from this hotel to the venue.

We do not have a formal room block here and all rooms are at prevailing rates, and is expected to sell out soon. The Courtyard shares a parking lot with the Hampton.
