Are there any COVID health and safety requirements?

Answer

We are so excited to see you on our big day! In order to keep everyone safe, we’re kindly requesting that all guests comply with the following COVID health and safety rules in order to safely attend our wedding: Proof of negative COVID test, regardless of vaccination status. Please have a COVID test done within 48-72 hours before the wedding. Please bring your results with you, as well as a photo ID to our check-in desk at the wedding. We kindly request that all guests, regardless of vaccination status, wear a facemask to our wedding. We understand that local regulations may not currently require facemasks, however we have chosen to enforce this at our wedding in order to keep everybody as safe as possible. We truly hope that everyone will comply with these rules but understand if you can’t. In the interest of ensuring the safety of all guests, vendors, and venue employees, unfortunately, no guest will be admitted to our celebration without proof of a negative test.

Where is the best place to stay?

Answer

Courtyard by Marriott Bensalem. Rooms can be booked, but payment isn't due until the time of the stay.

Is there parking at the wedding location?

Answer

Yes, the venue has free parking available.

What happens if I am late?

Answer

No late guest will be admitted into the wedding ceremony. You will be able to join folks at the cocktail hour beginning at 5:30pm.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding/reception is indoors, but in July. Please wear something that will keep you comfortable in an air conditioned space while keeping weather in mind. Also, dress to impress.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only RSVP for those listed on your invitation. We love everyone, but the dollar only stretches so far.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. The only kids are kids in the wedding.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but it takes approximately 13 mins from the hotel.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

RSVP by May 21, 2022 online. Please also select your food options as the dinner will be plated.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Food and drinks will be served at the cocktail hour and reception. There is an open bar, please pace yourself accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TaylorMade so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
