We’re getting married!

We met our senior year of high school in Michigan. From our first encounter of a school event known as Harvest Hike in the first month of school, all the girls in my friend group asked the guys in the group and on that walk Jio had turned around and told our friends “I’m going to marry this girl”. We had barely been in each others lives for a month or two and in the same friend group the same amount of time that as the year progressed something began to bloom. We were in the same classes and auditioned and were in the same music ban, our time together just kept increasing. Jio says “I even pretended to need help with math to talk to her more, but I was never paying attention to the lesson”. Each joke, each song, each deep conversation brought out the best love we only thought happened in movies.
