Parking and Transportation

Answer

Our beautiful venue is up a winding mountain road in the forest with parking only available for guests staying overnight in cabins. If you have not booked a cabin, we have reserved the parking lot of a nearby church. Please plan to arrive at the church parking area at 2:30pm and hop on the shuttle van that we have hired for the quick ride up to the venue. It will take just a couple trips to get everyone in, so if you don't see a shuttle right when you arrive, just hang tight, one will be back soon! Parking location: St Peter & St Paul Orthodox 9980 Hwy 9, Ben Lomond, CA 95005 The shuttle will be available again to return you to the parking area starting as early as 7:30pm and will be available on demand for the remainder of the night (just in case anyone needs to depart early).

Can I bring a guest?

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. Estamos muy emocionados de celebrar este día tan especial rodeados de nuestros familiares y amigos más cercanos. Como lo mantendremos en un ambiente íntimo, solo podrán asistir aquellos invitados formalmente en su invitación de boda. Si tienen un acompañante, lo indicaremos en su invitación y al confirmar su asistencia.

Are kids welcome?

For our special day, we've decided keep our wedding adults-only (21+), so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night! Para nuestro día especial, hemos decidido que la boda sea solo para adultos (mayores de 21 años), para que todos puedan relajarse y disfrutar de la velada con nosotros. ¡Esperamos que aprovechen esta oportunidad para una cita especial!

Where will the celebrations take place?

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at Waterfall Lodge, Ben Lomond, Ca and will be held outdoors. Tanto nuestra ceremonia como nuestra recepción se llevarán a cabo en Waterfall Lodge, Ben Lomond, Ca y se realizarán al aire libre.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! Tendremos una ceremonia sin cables (sin teléfonos ni cámaras). El mejor regalo que nos pueden dar es estar plenamente presentes al dar el "Sí, acepto". Hemos contratado a profesionales para capturar este momento y les prometemos compartir nuestras fotos en cuanto las recibamos. Después de la ceremonia, ¡tomen todas las fotos y videos que quieran!
