A mixture of meat, cheeses, spreads, fruits, crackers, chocolate, and more.
Main Course
Garden Salad. Romaine, shredded carrots, red cabbage, radish, cucumbers, tomato wedges, and sharp cheddar.
Served with herb-infused vinaigrette and buttermilk ranch dressing.
Caprese Chicken. Grilled and topped with a tomato-mozzarella relish and balsamic reduction.
Beef Tips. With sherry pan sauce, mushrooms, and pearl onions.
Roasted Vegetables. Carrots, squash, sweet peppers, red onion, fennel, and asparagus cuts.
Hoosier Green Beans. Slow-baked with smoked bacon and onion.
Roasted Red Skins. Tossed with olive oil and herbs.
