We are keeping this as an adults only event. However, babies in arms are welcome.
The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, Hazel Creek Farms.
We will be providing two drink tickets per guest that will be redeemable at the bar for a canned drink or cocktail. Additional drink tickets can be purchased for $2 a ticket from the bartender(s).
There will be a designated parking area at the venue. It is a big grass field between the asphalt courtyard and ceremony site. We ask guests to please only park here as we need to keep the court free for dancing and the caterers. No parking or driving on the courtyard under any circumstances as there is a fee for doing so
As the venue is in a residential area, we are asked to have music lowered and brought inside at 11pm, and off at 11:30 pm. Guests are asked to be vacated by 12:30am. The bride and groom will do their exit before then. Please do not drive under the influence, no one is permitted to stay on venue grounds overnight, and please be respectful when leaving.
