Question

Will there be transportation to the reception?

Answer

There will be shuttles between the hotels and venue before and after the reception. There will not be transportation between the church and the reception. There will be 2 shuttles from the hotels to the venue - one at 4 PM & one at 4:45 PM. The SS Beverly Bar at the venue will be open early at 4 PM before the cocktail hour for those who arrive on the earlier shuttle (cash bar only until cocktail hour starts at 5 PM). There will be a shuttle back to the hotels from the reception at 10:15 PM & during the after party around 12:30 AM. Uber/Lyft also available in the area.

Answer

Yes, at both the ceremony and the reception.

Are the events indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Everything is indoor - the cocktail hour is in a covered pavilion with space heaters.
