The wedding will take place on August 7, 2026, at the Sterling Hotel. Guests are invited to arrive as early as 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
Formal or Semi-Formal Cocktail Attire Requested (No jeans or flip flops) Our ceremony will be held outdoors in the courtyard of the historic Sterling Hotel, followed by a cocktail hour—both indoors and outdoors—and then a formal reception in the grand ballroom. We kindly encourage guests to dress for an elegant summer evening. Light, breathable fabrics are recommended to accommodate both indoor and outdoor weather settings.

We are delighted to celebrate with the families who are nearest and dearest to us. Children 3 & Under are welcome to attend, and these little ones are considered lap guests and do not have a reserved seat per venue guidelines. For children aged 4 and older (reserved seat), we kindly ask that attendance be limited to those specifically named on your invitation. We thank you for your understanding and for helping us create a joyful and comfortable experience for everyone.

Yes, the registry tab of the website contains items we are registered for. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. Professional photos will be shared afterward!
There is metered parking in the immediate areas surrounding Sterling Hotel and the metered spots are free only on Sundays and holidays. There are two public parking garages, each with a block of the Sterling Hotel – the Sheraton garage and Memorial garage. Memorial garage has a flat rate of $7 after 5 PM on Fridays, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

We’ll start with appetizers during the cocktail hour, followed by a delicious buffet-style meal during the reception. There will also be a dessert bar and a late-night snack bar to keep everyone fueled and happy! We offer options for guests with dietary restrictions—please let us know if you have any allergies. We will have an open bar from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM, featuring a selection of top shelf alcoholic beverages as well as soft drinks, sodas, water, tea, coffee, and more. * The bar is fully hosted so please enjoy. Please feel free to tip the bartenders only if you wish (cash or Venmo). *For the parents of little-ones that are picky eaters, the venue does allow you to bring in any special snacks for them.
Lawn games will be available throughout cocktail hour and the reception — feel free to play! Be sure to stop by the photo booth during the reception for some fun memories!
