Per our venue's guidelines, all guests and vendors are required to be vaccinated or PCR tested negative within 72 hours of the event. As hosts of this event, we are required to collect, track, and chase your proof of vaccination (or COVID test certificates if necessary) from 100% of our guests and vendors via a provided Google Form. Please don’t make us chase you ;) Please submit your proof of vaccination by Sunday 9/19. If a party of 2+, please make sure all are submitted. For those submitting a PCR COVID test certificate, please get tested on Wednesday 9/29 just after 4pm. Important note for all: Regardless of our vaccination status, we will be getting tested the week of our wedding and highly encourage all guests to do the same, as we are all travelling from far and farther to get to Jefferson NY. No need to submit results if you already submitted your Vaccination Card. Refer to your email for more details!
