Pistacia Vera is a delicious bakery situated in the historic area of German Village. We love to get a treat here, or get a coffee at the nearby Staufs Coffee House, check out the Book Loft, and walk around looking at the historic homes.
Gena worked at Dough Mama as Manager and Front of House for close to two years. They have the absolute best biscuit breakfast sandwiches and pie.
Jack and Gena love this theater because it is intimate (there's only one screening room) and the bartenders are the nicest and friendliest movie lovers. They will sometimes see movies here, but even more often they will order a pizza, get drinks from the bar, and hang out with friends.
A really awesome vintage co-op!
This brewery has a great outdoor space and is towards the location of the ceremony.
If you're interested in doing some vintage or local shopping.
This place has the greatest happy hour of all time. Delicious food and drinks.
This whole area of Bridge Park has gotten huge in the last couple of years. Check out North Market, play a game of duckpin bowling or mess around with classic arcade games at the nearby Pins Mechanical Company and 16-bit Bar and Arcade. Then walk across the newly completed footbridge to check out more awesome restaurants and bars in Historic Dublin.
We are here every week with our running group! The bartenders are great, and the atmosphere is relaxed. If you are into bourbon, this place has lots of options--but even if you aren't a bourbon drinker you can find some great beers on tap and seasonal cocktails.
Literally the best pizza we've ever eaten--at least of the neopolitan style. Try the vegan pizza with the almond "ricotta"; it actually rivals any non-vegan pizza we've had.
