How far is the hotel from the venue?

Answer

The Hilton Homewood Suites Southpointe is a quick 5 minute walk - right across the street from the Audrey!

When is Hotel check in/ check out?

Answer

Check in at the Hilton is at 3pm (convenient for getting ready) and checkout is at 12 noon (convenient for recovery- lol).

Is there parking at the Audrey?

Answer

Yes- there are plenty of parking spaces at our venue! If you are staying at the Hilton, we recommend walking since it is so close!

How do we get to the afterparty?

Answer

Baxters Arcade is a short 3 minute walk from the Audrey, and a 4 minute walk (or 5 minute stumble 😉) back to the hotel!

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 5:15 for ample time to get in and seated. Please keep the unpredictability of Pittsburgh traffic in mind and plan accordingly!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Audrey’s ceremony space is convertible! If it is nice out, we will open the sliding doors and use the patio as the altar. Regardless of weather, all guests will be comfortably under roof.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely- drinks are on us! (The hangover, though, is on you)

Will there be food at the afterparty?

Answer

Yes! There will be food and drink for purchase at Baxter’s.

I am coming from Indiana area- what’s the best route to get to the Audrey?

Answer

We recommend avoiding downtown Pittsburgh. Though more miles, the reliable route would likely be taking SR 66 to interstate 70w to Cannonsburg.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please silence and put away phones during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and will be happy to share any pictures!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but aside from immediate family, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us!
