Invitations will go out the first week of February, with RSVPs required by March 28th, 2025. You might hear from us before you receive an invitation because we're trying to get a sense of who is attending which event, New York and/or California.
Please check your invitation for information on a +1. If you have any questions on whether or not you are invited with a guest, please reach out to Gemma or Julian.
The wedding in New York will consist of a formal ceremony and reception. The party in California is just that- a party! There will be cocktails and snacks, and is a more informal affair. We hope that you come to whichever event works best for you, or both if you'd like! We are excited to celebrate in CA with some of you who may not be able to make it to NY.
We recommend renting an Airbnb or a hotel room for the weekend. There are so many fun properties in the Tannersville area! Check out our "Travel" page for specific recommendations.
Yes! We're going with a creative formal dress code. The ceremony and reception will take place outside, and we'll be walking on the grass so please keep that in mind. Hotel Lilien also sits right below Hunter Mountain, so temperatures will most likely drop further in the evening. Here's a Pinterest board with some inspiration and ideas for attire: https://pin.it/7iEYHrjgH
Yes! There is parking available at both Deer Mountain and Hotel Lilien for the New York events. If you wish to drive, we request that you do not consume any alcohol!
Yes, there will be transportation provided on Friday evening to and from Hotel Lilien and Deer Mountain Inn for the Welcome Event. There will also likely be transportation provided from a central location in Tannersville. Please check back for more details! If you have any questions on transportation, please reach out to our planner - marian@marianfrancesevents.com
Your love and support is all we ask for! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, we are registered at Zola where we are taking funds for our honeymoon, home savings, and newlywed fund. Any other methods of contributing to our funds is welcomed, i.e. personal checks, online transfers, etc.
We totally understand where you're coming from! However, we've lived together for the past 5 years and feel that we have too many things for our tiny apartment, which is why we've chosen to do a different kind of registry.
Please do not feel that you need to do anything! We extended our invitation to you because we wanted you to be a part of our celebration. If that isn't something that's available to you, that's perfectly ok. Please just let us know that you regretfully decline and we hope to see you soon.
