What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5pm, we recommend you aim to arrive no later than 4:45 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our family and friends to join us in formal attire as we celebrate our big day. For women, this includes floor-length, tea-length, or midi dresses. For men, a suit and tie is perfect. To mark the season, we encourage vibrant colors and playful florals to capture the joy of summer’s farewell. Please note that our ceremony will take place on grass/dunes, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly, block heels, wedges, or flats are a great option.

Is there parking at the venue?

Absolutely! There’s plenty of parking at both Camp Hero (ceremony) and 360° East at Montauk Downs (reception).

Although we love your little ones, this will be an adult-only affair. We thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, we’ll say “I do” at the breathtaking Camp Hero, with the Montauk Lighthouse as our backdrop. Then it’s off to a covered outdoor cocktail hour before heading inside for a night of dinner, dancing, and full-on celebration!

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a shuttle running between our hotel blocks, the ceremony at Camp Hero, and the reception at 360° East at Montauk Downs, so you can just sit back and enjoy the ride. We’ve even got you covered between ceremony and reception, shuttles will bring you straight from Camp Hero to 360° East so the celebration never skips a beat!
