Forever and Ever

Kelsey and Chris matched on Bumble one fateful day in May, days before Kelsey's 21st birthday. Chris was stationed in Quantico, VA, living his bachelor barracks dreams. They bonded over first job horror stories while Kelsey was impressed that Chris could play every instrument under the sun. Kelsey, to this day, likes to think this is a big ruse as she hasn't seen Chris play a single one. Their first date and kiss was in the Rappahannock River where they talked for hours, headed to Sonic, and wrapped it up wandering Target. Kelsey and Chris joked from then on that Chris would pop the question in a Sonic parking lot. They quickly became inseparable, until tragedy struck!!! Kelsey had an internship in Boron, California and was leaving in a week post-meeting. They did distance, for a while, Chris came out to see Kelsey in her roach infested desert apartment. Kelsey returned to Virginia just in time to wrap up her senior year at Tech, the distance continued. Chris and Kelsey got closer and closer while enjoying new experiences and growing together. From Covid to graduations, moves, new jobs to Draco, loss, and love they have become stronger than ever before for each other and themselves. Watching them grow into the couple they are today has been the true triumph. Kelsey and Chris getting married was never a question of if but when.
