What should I wear?

Think colorful garden party vibes! I love bright colors, floral patterns, and fun, flowy fabrics. Cocktail attire is great, but we want you to feel comfortable and ready to have a good time. We’re hoping for an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting), so keep that in mind too! For the girls who are wondering, bridesmaids will be wearing different shades of green. And surely this doesn’t need to be said, but please skip white—along with ivory, eggshell, or anything that might photograph as white. ;)

Can I bring a plus-one?

We truly wish we could invite everyone and their favorite person, but space is a little tight. If a plus-one is included for you, you’ll see it clearly on your invitation and when you RSVP on Zola.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We adore all the kiddos in our lives, but because of space limits, only some families are able to bring their children. Your invitation and the Zola RSVP will clearly say if your kids are included. And if they are invited but you’d prefer a kid-free night, we fully support that option, too!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation for our guests. Rideshares like Uber do exist in Morehead, but their availability can be hit or miss. Luckily, most hotels and Airbnbs are super close to the venue, so driving or carpooling with friends will probably be the easiest move! There is plenty of parking at the venue too.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you put your phones away and be fully present with us. We’ll have an amazing photographer capturing everything, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you afterward!

What’s for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a wonderful meal catered by Perk and Plate. There will be charcuterie cups during cocktail hour, followed by brisket and herb-roasted chicken for dinner. It will be served buffet-style, so no need to pre-order anything!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely yes! We will have a selection of beer and wine available for our guests. Get ready to raise a glass (or a few) and celebrate with us!
