Somewhere between the sun-soaked day of laughter, champagne and a sunset cruise, Hannah forgot her sandals and beloved banana towel on deck. Captain James seized the moment, calling to offer a "rescue mission" for Hannah's lost items - on the condition he could take her out to the best Italian restaurant in town. She agreed partly for the sandals, and partly for his charm. The rest, they say, is Amore!

Hannah and James' engagement was the highlight of an unforgettable European adventure in July 2024. It all began when Hannah's friend scored VIP Tickets to Taylor Swift's Era's Tour in Amsterdam, sparking the idea for a two-week trip across Europe. With some covert planning and the help of their friends, Anna and Leah, James proposed to Hannah on July 2nd in the picturesque coastal town of Cascais, Portugal. It was a magical moment, set against the backdrop of golden cliffs and ocean waves. After celebrating in Portugal and Amsterdam with some friends, the two continued their Journey to Rome and Sorrento. Surrounded by breathtaking views, delicious food and endless laughter, the two soaked in every moment of their first days as an engaged couple.
