When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

As soon as our formal invitations are sent out, there will be an RSVP option on this website. We ask that you please RSVP no later than December 15th, 2025 so that we can plan accordingly.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional. Ladies may wear a long or midi dress. Gentlemen may wear a dark suit or tuxedo.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Winter Park Events Center by 3:30PM so you can settle in before the the ceremony begins at 4:00PM.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the cocktail hour after the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

May I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Are my children welcome?

Answer

We are very sorry but we are unable to extend the invitation to children. We hope you understand and still join us on our special day.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We are so excited to celebrate with you.

Are the ceremony and wedding at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both events will be held at the Winter Park Events Center.

Is there parking available at the reception location?

Answer

Yes! Self-parking is available at the venue.
